3. Use of Google Calendar and Meet Integration

When you authorize integration with your Google Calendar:

You allow Aether Group Ltd to access and manage calendar events, generate Google Meet links, and synchronize data between your Google account and our internal systems (e.g., Odoo).
We only access the minimum data necessary to perform these functions.
We do not store, share, or sell your personal calendar data or Google Meet links.

Our use of your Google data strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when using our services
Use services in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., Google’s terms of use)
Not use our platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities

5. Account and Access Control

If you access our services through a user account (e.g., Odoo user or authorized calendar user), you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and custom solutions developed by Aether Group Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized use of our materials is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Our services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
Integration with third-party platforms (like Google Calendar) will always function as expected

8. Limitation of Liability

Aether Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including third-party integrations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.
